The task of the machine is to test one by one the products which arrives in magazines.

Main characteristics: 

• Cycle time: 7,5-8s 

• Product change time 3s

• Change of measuring position: 1s

• The two magazines are lifted by servo manipulators into load /unload positions

• Due to traceability the product should placed into the same slot from which is taken by the machine

• Inside the machine four cards can be at he same time in different positions

• The main product movement inside the machine is carried out by a four axis cartesian robot

• The movement of the workpieces is performed partly by pneumatic grippers

• Camera checking of position and type of the cards

• The machine can handle two sizes of cards, but not at the same time
