  • The robot puts the main frame on the pallet 

  • On the next station applied the plasma treatment, which degreases the surface helping sealant to stick better

  • The operator places a PCB on the main frame, which is pressed onto the contact pins with 11kN pressing force

  • Cycle time: 40 sec

  • Control is done by Beckhoff CX Series PLC

  • The pallet is placed by the Fanuc robot

  • Palettes have RF ID identification

  • The QR code is read by a Keyence code reader

  • Camera checking
